Jeff Bak

Jeff has three decades of experience in managing and growing healthcare services companies. As the CEO & President of Imagine360, he works closely with co-founder Steve Kelly, the industry pioneer of reference-based pricing, to spearhead the company’s continued expansion to reduce health insurance costs on behalf of U.S. employers.

Jeff also served as global practice leader of the Health, Life Sciences and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division for Wipro Limited. He was also president and CEO of HealthPlan Holdings before its acquisition by Wipro. HPH was a leading healthcare solutions business serving payers, self-funded employers, unions, small businesses and individuals.

Jeff holds a business degree from Clemson University, with continued education from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Chris Cigarran

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Chris brings a wealth of experience from across the fields of population health management, benefits strategy and provider delivery. Prior to Imagine360, he was president at Healthways, now Tivity Health, the founder of population health management and well-being solutions — building the company’s employer and government division. He also led its people and culture strategy as its Chief Human Resources Officer during his 13—year tenure.

In addition to serving as Imagine360’s Chief Commercial Officer, Chris serves as CEO of Imagine Health, a national leader in direct contracting for self-insured employers, partnering high quality health systems directly with Imagine360’s employer clients.

Chris has received multiple honors from the National Business Group on Health and, during his tenure as CHRO, Healthways was recognized by Fortune magazine as a “top 100 Best Places to Work” in the U.S. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a master’s degree from Pepperdine University.

Bill Dembereckyj

CHIEF FINANICIAL OFFICER

Bill spent 30 years at growth-oriented healthcare companies as a controller, chief financial officer and president. He spent 10 years at New Life Treatment Centers as controller and CFO and ultimately President; 10 years at HealthSmart as CFO and President; and nine years at Sonrava Health as CFO.

In these roles, Bill led multiple acquisitions ranging in size from a few hundred thousand dollars in revenue to hundreds of millions. Bill led sourcing, due diligence, financing and financial integration for these transactions. He also managed financing and refinancing to better meet the capital needs of these companies as they expanded patient services.

Bill began his career at KPMG in the Chicago office as a healthcare and insurance auditor and learned about industry across a wide variety of clients.

Brian Atkinson

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry to his role at Imagine360, particularly in the areas of cost containment, PPO network management and disease management.

Among his previous positions were president of Devon Health Services, founder and CEO of Solutionary Health and senior vice president at MultiPlan.

Brian received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
