Jeff Bak

Jeff Bak, CEO & President of Imagine360, brings over 30 years of expertise in healthcare services. He leads the company alongside co-founder Steve Kelly, advancing reference-based pricing to help U.S. employers lower health insurance costs. Previously, Jeff was global practice leader for Wipro Limited’s Health, Life Sciences, and BPO division, and served as president and CEO of HealthPlan Holdings, a prominent healthcare solutions provider for payers, employers, and small businesses. 

Education 

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, with continued education from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jeff sits on the board of Water Street Healthcare Partners.

Nilima Rajkumar

Nilima Rajkumar is Chief Product Officer at Imagine360, where she leads product strategy and performance.

With extensive experience in the health insurance industry, Nilima previously served as SVP of Health Plan Strategy at HealthEdge and held leadership roles at Health Care Service Corporation and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.

Her expertise spans product management, analytics, and strategic consulting for health plans and large employers. 

Education 

Nilima holds a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and a master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago.

Nilima is a board member and treasurer for the Esperanza Health Centers. 

Chris Cigarran

Chris Cigarran is Chief Commercial Officer at Imagine360.

With deep expertise in population health management, benefits strategy, and provider delivery, he previously served as President and CEO at Imagine Health, President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Healthways (now Tivity Health), where he led the employer and government division and drove people and culture strategy.

Chris helps connect high-quality health systems with self-insured employers nationwide through direct contracting solutions.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a master’s degree from Pepperdine University.

Chris sits on the Harpeth Hall Board of Trustees.

Bill Dembereckyj is the Chief Financial Officer at Imagine360. With over 30 years of healthcare industry leadership, he has served as controller, CFO, and president at organizations like New Life Treatment Centers, HealthSmart, and Sonrava Health.

Bill has overseen acquisitions from due diligence to integration, managed major financing projects, and began his career auditing healthcare and insurance clients at KPMG’s Chicago office. He is a licensed CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Education 

Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Biola and a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Additionally, Brian was a noted honoree in the 2026 Corporate Leadership Awards by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
