We review it for errors and overcharges. If needed, we adjust the amount paid to the provider. Most providers accept this amount. Price protection may sound too good to be true, but it’s been saving our members money for nearly 20 years.
Balance bills can happen with any health plan, but Imagine360 is there to help you resolve them. You get a balance bill when a provider bills you for the difference between what they charged and what your plan paid. All you have to do is send us the bill, and our team steps in to resolve it.
