It’s normal for a provider’s office to verify your plan benefits. Here are answers to commonly asked questions:
Your Answer: I have health benefits through my employer’s self-funded insurance plan. That means my employer pays provider claims directly. Imagine360, a third-party administrator, processes the claims. I can access care through Imagine Health, Partners Direct Health and HealthSmart. My plan also allows me to see providers outside those networks with rates typically in line with reimbursements you’d get from other networks.
