Previously, Jeff was global practice leader for Wipro Limited’s Health, Life Sciences, and BPO division, and served as president and CEO of HealthPlan Holdings, a prominent healthcare solutions provider for payers, employers, and small businesses.

Bill Dembereckyj is the Chief Financial Officer at Imagine360. With over 30 years of healthcare industry leadership, he has served as controller, CFO, and president at organizations like New Life Treatment Centers, HealthSmart, and Sonrava Health.
Bill has overseen acquisitions from due diligence to integration, managed major financing projects, and began his career auditing healthcare and insurance clients at KPMG’s Chicago office. He is a licensed CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Before joining Imagine360, he was Chief Innovation Officer at Telerx, overseeing strategic growth and technology. He also held leadership roles at SAP, including Chief of Staff to the Global Chief Strategy Officer, managing major projects in strategy, M&A, and go-to-market execution.

Nilima Rajkumar is Chief Product Officer at Imagine360, where she leads product strategy and performance.

Troy Sisum is the Chief Legal Officer at Imagine360, where he leads the company’s litigation strategy across the U.S., provides counsel on healthcare and ERISA matters, and partners with trade organizations on government relations.
Before joining Imagine360, Troy excelled as a trial attorney specializing in civil litigation involving prescription drugs, medical devices, and workers’ compensation subrogation cases. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and multiple federal courts nationwide.

Woody Waters co-founded Imagine360, formerly ELAP, and has led its growth from three employees to more than 1,500 since 2007. He is a co-pioneer of reference-based pricing, a health plan solution that has saved billions of dollars for self-funded employers nationwide.
Woody maintains a primarily field and market-facing role at Imagine360, with expertise in healthcare, liability, compliance and risk management. His experience includes nearly 10 years in property and casualty insurance at a top five brokerage and earning the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
