Imagine360 is introducing a new benefits site – Imagine360 Gateway – while continuing to support the miBenefits portal. The new Imagine360 Gateway offers improved functionality and access to member information. As a result, there are currently two sites, and the one to use depends on your patient’s Group Number.

Some member details – such as eligibility or past claims – may only be available in miBenefits, even if the member’s group uses the new site. To view everything you need, you may need to use both portals.
