Depending on your plan and location, some preferred providers may also offer lower out-of-pocket costs.

- Not contracted with Imagine360
More freedom to choose
You can also choose providers outside of the plan’s contracted options.
Because Open Access providers don’t have a contract with the plan, they may be less familiar with how it works.
Check their Historic Provider Acceptance rating to see their past experience accepting the plan’s reimbursement.

How is Imagine360 different?

What providers can I see?
With Imagine360, you have access to top-rated in-network providers that deliver care at fair, set prices. They can’t charge more, and you’ll save the most when you choose them. You also have Open Access, which means you can choose a provider even if they’re not in-network. Unlike most healthcare plans, we’ll work to lower your costs so you don’t overpay for care.
Can I keep my current providers?
Yes. You can search for providers using the Provider Search tool above. Beginning October 27, you can also call the Imagine360 team at 844-799-2338. You’ll be connected with real people who are there to help you compare providers by cost, quality and how well they work with your plan – and can even book the appointment for you. Beginning January 1, 2027, you can also use the online search on the Imagine360 Gateway anytime at imagine360.vbagateway.com.
Will Imagine360 help me find providers?
What is Imagine360 price protection?
Imagine360 plans include built-in price protection so our members don’t overpay for care. After you receive care, your provider sends us a request for payment called a claim. We review it for errors and overcharges. If needed, we adjust the amount paid to the provider. Most providers accept this amount. Price protection may sound too good to be true, but it’s been saving our members money for nearly 20 years.
