Your 2027 Medical Plan Options

For 2027, United Parks ambassadors will have two medical plan options administered by Imagine360 (CA ambassadors have both Imagine360 options, as well as the Kaiser plan option). Whether you’re looking for provider information, comparing your options, or learning more about how each plan works, you’ll find resources to help you make the choice that’s right for you and your family.

Ready to enroll? Log in to your United Parks benefits site between October 26 – November 13.

You can choose providers that are right for you —
you’re not locked into a network. That’s because
your Imagine360 plan is Open Access.

Coverage that fits your needs

For 2027, United Parks & Resorts is offering two medical plan options administered by Imagine360.

360 Open Access offers flexibility in how you access care, while 360 PPO provides access to the Cigna PPO network. Both options include dedicated support from Imagine360 to help you make the most of your benefits.

360 Open Access

The 360 Open Access plan gives you the freedom to seek care without being limited to a traditional provider network. This option offers greater flexibility while pairing you with personalized support every step of the way.

Common member questions

How is Imagine360 different?

Healthcare can be complicated, but getting support shouldn’t be. No matter which medical plan you choose, you’ll have access to Imagine360 for benefits guidance, provider support, claims assistance, and help navigating the healthcare system. Plus, the 360 Open Access plan includes built-in price protection to help you get quality care at a fair price.

Both plans offer broad provider access. The Cigna PPO plan provides access to the Cigna network, while the 360 Open Access plan offers preferred network access plus the freedom to see providers outside the network. Imagine360 can help you find providers and understand your options, no matter which plan you choose.

Yes. Many members find their current providers are available through their chosen plan. We encourage you to check your providers during Open Enrollment.

Our goal is for you to get care from providers you trust. If your provider has a question, just give us a call and we can talk with them. Or they can contact us at the number on the back of your benefits ID card.

Yes. We compare providers by cost, quality and how well they work with your plan. Members can also use the online search anytime.

The 360 Open Access plan includes built-in price protection to help members avoid overpaying for care. After you receive care, your provider sends us a request for payment called a claim. We review it for errors and overcharges. If needed, we adjust the amount paid to the provider. Most providers accept this amount. Price protection may sound too good to be true, but it’s been saving our members money for nearly 20 years.
