What providers can I see?
With Imagine360, you have access to top-rated in-network providers that deliver care at fair, set prices. They can’t charge more, and you’ll save the most when you choose them. You also have Open Access, which means you can choose a provider even if they’re not in-network. Unlike most healthcare plans, we’ll work to lower your costs so you don’t overpay for care.
Can I keep my current providers?
Yes. Most members keep their current providers. Our goal is for you to get care from providers you trust. If your provider has a question, just give us a call and we can talk with them. Or they can contact us at the number on the back of your benefits ID card.
Will Imagine360 help me find providers?
What is Imagine360 price protection?
Imagine360 plans include built-in price protection so our members don’t overpay for care. After you receive care, your provider sends us a request for payment called a claim. We review it for errors and overcharges. If needed, we adjust the amount paid to the provider. Most providers accept this amount. Price protection may sound too good to be true, but it’s been saving our members money for nearly 20 years.
