With Imagine360, you have access to top-rated in-network providers that deliver care at fair, set prices. They can’t charge more, and you’ll save the most when you choose them. You also have open access, which means you can choose a provider even if they’re not in-network. Unlike typical health care plans, we’ll work to lower your costs so you don’t overpay for care.

Yes. Most members keep their current doctors. If they’re not in-network, we’ll work on your behalf so you don’t overpay.
Yes. We compare providers by cost, quality and how well they work with your plan. Members can also use the online search anytime.
Imagine360 plans include built-in price protection so our members don’t overpay for care. After you receive care, your provider sends us a request for payment called a claim. We review it for errors and charges that are more than what your plan allows. If needed, we adjust the amount paid to the provider. Most providers accept this amount. Price protection may sound too good to be true, but it’s been saving our members money for nearly 20 years.
