The Imagine360 PPO option provides access to the Cigna PPO network and may feel familiar if you’ve previously enrolled in a traditional network-based health plan. You’ll have access to network providers while continuing to receive support from Imagine360 when questions arise.

How is Imagine360 different?

Healthcare can be complicated, but getting support shouldn’t be. No matter which medical plan you choose, you’ll have access to Imagine360 for benefits guidance, provider support, claims assistance, and help navigating the healthcare system. Plus, the Imagine360 Open Access plan includes built-in price protection to help you get quality care at a fair price.

What providers can I see?

Both plans offer broad provider access. The Imagine360 PPO plan provides access to the Cigna network, while the Imagine360 Open Access plan offers preferred network access plus the freedom to see providers outside the network. Imagine360 can help you find providers and understand your options, no matter which plan you choose.

Can I keep my current providers?

Yes. Many members find their current providers are available through their chosen plan. We encourage you to check your providers during Open Enrollment.

Our goal is for you to get care from providers you trust. If your provider has a question, just give us a call and we can talk with them. Or they can contact us at the number on the back of your benefits ID card.

Will Imagine360 help me find providers?

Yes. We compare providers by cost, quality and how well they work with your plan. Members can also use the online search anytime.

What is Imagine360 price protection?

The 360 Open Access plan includes built-in price protection to help members avoid overpaying for care. After you receive care, your provider sends us a request for payment called a claim. We review it for errors and overcharges. If needed, we adjust the amount paid to the provider. Most providers accept this amount. Price protection may sound too good to be true, but it’s been saving our members money for nearly 20 years.
