What providers can I see?
You have access to high-quality providers that are right for you. Select a provider of your choice from either the Cigna network or a non-Cigna provider.
How can I make an appointment with a Cigna provider?
You can search for providers on your benefits site. If you or your provider want to confirm eligibility and benefits, contact Imagine360 directly. If Cigna is contacted, they won’t recognize you.
What network does my plan offer?
Imagine360 is the claims administrator for your group benefits plan, which uses the Cigna PPO
network.
What if I need help talking with a provider?
Call the Imagine360 member number on your benefits ID card. We’ll reach out to them for you and provide support before, during and after every visit.
