What providers can I see?
With Imagine360, you have access to top-rated, preferred providers that deliver care at fair, set prices. They can’t charge more, and you’ll save the most when you choose them. You also have Open Access, which means you can choose any provider even if they aren’t a preferred option. Unlike typical healthcare plans, we’ll work to lower your costs so you don’t overpay for care.
Can I keep my current providers?
Yes. Most members keep their current providers. If they’re not a preferred provider, we’ll work on your behalf so you don’t overpay.
Will Imagine360 help me find providers?
How does Imagine360 help me pay a fair price for care?
Imagine360 plans include built-in price protection so our members don’t overpay for care. After you receive care, your provider sends us a request for payment called a claim. We review it for errors and overcharges and also ensure you are paying a fair, benchmark-based price for care. If needed, we adjust the amount paid to the provider. Most providers accept this amount. Price protection may sound too good to be true, but it’s been saving our members money for nearly 20 years.
